I’m an architect, urban designer and urban planner committed to creating places and spaces that serve all people well. I see design as a medium to promote health, opportunity, community and environmental good. In my practice, I draw upon a broad range of experience including traditional residential and commercial architecture, public sector urban design and planning, and philanthropy.
I received my Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Detroit (Mercy), and Master of Architecture and Master of Arts in Urban Planning degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles.
I live in Denver, Colorado with Kelly, my beautiful wife of more than thirty years, and Jack, our rather smallish Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound rescue.
