Impact Practice Advisors is a black-owned management consultancy that helps clients, whom they see as partners, to transform their organizations with a particular focus on the people side of change. They work with their partners to ensure that structures, processes, systems, and practices are aligned for greater impact. The consultancy’s philosophy is rooted in being in relationship, and adapting it’s solutions to the partners’ current context as well as changing needs over time.

The founder is K. Jehan Benton-Clark, a proud North Carolinian, and former colleague of mine. Jehan asked if I would help develop branding for her small, startup business. We were able to quickly collaborate on a simple, text-driven logo that incorporated graphical elements intended to represent the tension inherent in the key word Impact. We also played off of the colors of her beloved alma mater – some big university I’ve never heard of. (smile)

Impact Practice Advisors is based just outside of Atlanta in Sandy Springs, Georgia. They also operate in Colorado and North Carolina.
